Located on the Swan River in South Perth, the 33 Level, 163 apartment tower contains a mix of 2, 3, 4 beds with 3 sub penthouses and 2 duplex penthouses. Leading the design direction and planning of three apartment schemes (12 floor-plan types) + a large public lobby, pool, gym and spa, lobbies and corridors. The residential tower provided extensive amenities to owners akin to a hotel. The commercial podium levels providing extensive dining and retail experience. Three distinctive levels of detail were established to separate out standard, luxury and premium apartment types catering to various levels of sales sectors. The interiors feature rich materials and sophisticated planning to create an easy living indoor oasis, oversized winter garden spaces provide connection to the outdoors. 

R9 Alexander - Barangaroo water front Luxury Apartments  2013

Located at the harbour-front southern end of Barangaroo, Building R9 "Alexander" Residential consists of 159 (77 by SDS) luxury apartments and provides a gateway to King Street Wharf precinct. There was great focus on developing the interior planning, the most critical component of spaces creating flow and open living. The floor plans have beautifully proportioned and effortlessly simple interiors each with a central axis and long vistas. Inspired by the streamlined curves and beautiful finishing of classic timber yachts, we fashioned understated and sophisticated interiors to embody the concept of “Wharfside Luxury” The result, record sales, all apartments in Alexander sold within 3 hours of their release.
